Not only was he able to start earlier than expected, he went above and beyond-cleaning out gutters and trimming an overgrown tree touching the roof. "We had three estimates done for roof cleaning. Chris was the only one who came out and looked at our roof. Because of that, we know right away we would hire Diamond to do the job. He knew what he had to tackle, he explained everything he found and ultimately there wouldn't be any surprised for us. We live in the oaks and our roof had some serious black stains and moss on it. We were at work the day of the cleaning so Chris sent pictures to us. My reaction was "WOW" it's looks like a new roof. We were pretty excited to see it up close and when we did, it did not disappoint. We are the first house on a dead end road and having our roof so stained and ugly was embarrassing. Not any more!! We are so happy we the cleaning done by Chris and his team. We can't recommend them enough. "

"Chris and his team did a terrific job cleaning our 12 year old asphalt shingled roof which had significant build up of moss and lichen on large sections as we're on a heavily wooded lot. We're totally pleased with result, our roof looks great! In addition to the roof, they removed lichen from all our facia (steel), siding, window trim and deck making the house look like it was just painted.... not exaggerating. He also sprayed our shed, camper and w/o asking, made our fiberglass mailbox look new again... fantastic. Chris took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about the "Roof Shanpoo" process which gave me a high level of confidence in the quality of the process and his team's work. I'd highly recommend Chris, his team and the service they perform to anyone wanting to have their roof cleaned, were were very pleased with his work and the quality result. "
