"We had a roof wash a few weeks ago. The original installation of a Decra roof was some 10 years ago. We live in a area with all the worst environmental issues (a lake/pond w/ algae), a treed property with junipers, and an overhanging oak with lichen on the the bark. We really kind of expected the worst. Chris came out and explained the process. Then came out a couple weeks later. Did a bang-up job. He cleaned off the roof and the gutter covers. Then shampooed to get rid of the algae and lichen. He also inspected the roof and said that there had been little or no damage from the lichens that loosened the sand/grit. Roof looks brand new and also is kinda."

"We had three estimates done for roof cleaning. Chris was the only one who came out and looked at our roof. Because of that, we know right away we would hire Diamond to do the job. He knew what he had to tackle, he explained everything he found and ultimately there wouldn't be any surprised for us. We live in the oaks and our roof had some serious black stains and moss on it. We were at work the day of the cleaning so Chris sent pictures to us. My reaction was "WOW" it's looks like a new roof. We were pretty excited to see it up close and when we did, it did not disappoint. We are the first house on a dead end road and having our roof so stained and ugly was embarrassing. Not any more!! We are so happy we the cleaning done by Chris and his team. We can't recommend them enough. "
